OUT SOON! Laster & Bagger 2-2017

Laster & Bagger is launched in 2017 as the new name for Baggermodelle THE full color magazine for collectors of Trucks (Laster) & construction (Bagger) machine models, cranes, Trucks and heavy haulage. The magazine is writen in German. Detailed English translations of the main sections and features for every issue are available on the website.

This means that from today Laster & Bagger alongside the existing sections there is also extra space for Trucks: So, more content and more to enjoy reading!

imageThe second edition of Laster & Bagger will be out soon! The magazine presses are running while you are reading this. The Magazine will be available half way March 2017.

In this issue, among other interesting articles, a flashback special about the (Caterpillar) news from the Spielwarenmesse 2017 aka Toyfair.

In addition, the collectors portrait about Jonas Tschickardt and his Caterpillar scale model collection

Last but not least more attention for the Caterpillar 651B and 657B Wheel-Tractor Scrapers and the Caterpillar D10 Track-Type Tractor which where end 2016 released by CCM in 1:48th scale.

NEWS FLASH! TCC visits Spielwarenmesse 2017

Friend, Caterpillar scale model collector and professional photographer Thomas Wilk from TCC Photowork has made for those who were not able to visit the International Toy Fair aka Spielwarenmesse from February 1 to February 6, 2017 in Nuremberg Germany, an Exclusive (Caterpillar) photo report during his visit so we can taste the atmosphere and get a glimps of all the beauty that awaits us in 2017.

NEWS FLASH! BouwmachineWeb.com visits Spielwarenmesse 2017

The BouwmachineWeb.com team did visit this years International Toy Fair aka Spielwarenmesse held from wednesday, February 1 to February 6, 2017, in Nuremberg, Germany.

The Caterpillar news on the Spielwarenmesse was presented by Diecast Masters and consists of 1:50th scale models from a Caterpillar 320F, 323F and 390FL 'Gunmetal Finish' Hydraulic Excavators, the 242D and 259D Skid Steer Loaders, a 994K 'Rock' and and 994K 'Coal' Wheel Loaders, a 14M3, 140M3, 16m3 and 18M3 'Black Finish graders, D10T2 Track-Type Tractor, a 980K Wheel loader and a 745 Articulated Hauler.

UPDATE! The making of...a Caterpillar 578 Pipelayer

Custom scale model builder Gertjan Veld shares his next project of building a Caterpillar 578 Pipelayer by using the Caterpillar D9R Track-Type Tractor from NZG in 1:50th scale.

In this "Making of...a Caterpillar 578 Pipelayer" we shall show you how this custom model will be achieved.

Gertjan will share his building skills through its construction photos with little notes to keep us informed of his progress. Gradually it shows the making of a unique model of the Caterpillar 578 Pipelayer.

Today I have added the third update of the "The making of ..." This episode Gertjan his pictures show you the final construction steps and painting of the parts.

ANNOUNCEMENT! Delta Machinery PL95H [FanKit Models 1:50]

FanKit Models has announced to release in early 2017 a new unique scale model in 1:50th scale:

  • Delta Machinery PL95H Pipelayer
The Delta PL95H Hydrostatic Pipelayer is made by Delta Machinery based in Moerdijk, The Netherlands and PoweredByCat by a Caterpillar C13 Acert Tier IIIA engine producing 440hp.

In the upcoming “Making of…” I will add progress photos and dimensional details.Final sales price and the delivery schedule date of this custom built scale model will be posted on our Website when available. Most likely the introduction of the first prototype will take place during the Modelshow Europe 2017 in Ede, The Netherlands on March 18th.

This next knock out model of the Delta Machinery PL95H Pipelayer will be available in very limited numbers.
